In-Company Training Frankfurt

Career Service offers 45 students a unique opportunity to get to know from inside the German job market.
Participants will be divided in three groups, following different tracks.

The students following the Finance track will spend half a day in each of the following companies:

• Crédit Agricole, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs
  

The students following the Consulting track will spend half a day training in each of the following companies:

• EY, ISG, Accuracy
  

The students following the International Institutions track will spend half a day training in each of the following Institutions:

• ECB, ADB

Participants will have a direct and informal contact with managers and employees and they will be involved in:

• Company/Institution presentation
• round table with young professionals
• networking event with managers of all levels of experience

The In-Company Training will take place from 25 to 27 February 2020 in Frankfurt.

Participants have to reach Frankfurt on their own.
Travel and accommodation expenses shall be borne by participants, who are responsible for their own travel arrangements.

Participants are also responsible for the following costs:

• visa fees to enter the country of destination (when required);
• health insurance (when required);
• meals and extra costs (when not included)

Application details
The perfect candidate is an high achieving student, with strong interest in the German job market, fluent in English, curious and open minded.

Consulting and Finance Tracks, priority will be be given to German speakers:

• 1st year students currently and regularly enrolled in a Bocconi Master of Science Degree Course in the a.y. 2019-2020;
• 2nd year students currently and regularly enrolled in a Bocconi Master of Science Degree Course in the a.y. 2019-2020;
• 2nd year students regularly enrolled in a Bocconi Master of Science Degree Course in the a.y. 2018-2019 that will be graduated in March 2020;

International Institutions Track:

• 1st year students currently and regularly enrolled in a Bocconi Master of Science Degree Course in the a.y. 2019-2020;
• 2nd year students currently and regularly enrolled in a Bocconi Master of Science Degree Course in the a.y. 2019-2020;
• 2nd year students regularly enrolled in a Bocconi Master of Science Degree Course in the a.y. 2018-2019 that will be graduated in March 2020;
• 3rd year students currently and regularly enrolled in a Bocconi Bachelor Degree Course in the a.y. 2019-2020
• 2nd year students currently and regularly enrolled in a Bocconi Bachelor Degree Course in the a.y. 2019-2020
  

GPA: minimum 22/30 (average weighted on credits);

Language proficency in english demonstrated through:

• Enrolment in program taught in English
• Bocconi English exam of Level C1
• Other certificates accepted by Bocconi Language Center at C1 level (for the list of the certificates accepted and correspondent level, refer to the table)
