EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Where there is an Executive Committee, it shall be made up of five to seven members, including by right:
 

• the President of the University Board
• the Vice-President, if appointed
• the Rector
• the Chief Executive

Members not by right are appointed by the University Board.

The Managing Director shall attend Executive Committee meetings without voting rights

The secretary of the University Board shall also act as secretary for the Executive Committee.
