Parete Award and Scolarship in Memory of Ermando Parete

The Parete Award was born in 2017 to commemorate the life and social commitment of Ermando Parete. A Dachau death camp survivor, Parete spent the last part of his life as advocate for the importance of historical memory among young generations. The Award is given to those entrepreneurs and managers who embody the centrality of knowledge and education in their jobs and with their action in society. The Parete Award 2019 goes to Giovanni Tamburi. Last year saw the institution of the annual Scholarship in Memory of Ermando Pareto, which rewards the talent and merit of Bocconi students.
