Preferential Rate
Only students in possession of the financial requirements and necessary documentation stipulated for are eligible for preferential rate housing. Each application also has other requirements, to be checked carefully.
Full Rate
All students who meet the requirements stipulated and detailed for individual applications are eligible to apply for full rate housing.
Temporary Sublease
Guests of Bocconi residence halls in a.y. 2024-25 who during the same academic year will take part in the Exchange, Free Mover Program or perform an off-campus internship recognized by Università Bocconi may temporarily sublease their housing to another regularly enrolled student.
Incoming exchange students
Students who will spend a semester at Bocconi as exchange incoming may apply for housing assignments at a partner facility.

Students with disabilities
Università Bocconi has housing in each residence hall designed to accommodate students with disabilities in order to offer them the opportunity to easily live their university experience in a collective setting that meets their needs. Students with disabilities who require special housing needs can contact the Fees, Funding and Housing Office, which will assess, together with each student, which accommodation is best suited to their specific needs. All reported issues and documentation provided will be treated confidentially and subject to current privacy regulations.
In order for the Office to be able to meet the requests received, it is advisable to make their needs explicit in good time. Interested students are therefore advised to make contact with the Fees, Funding and Housing Office necessarily before submitting their housing application.
