Yoga Sessions for Stress Relief

We all know that the exam session can be challenging also in terms of managing anxiety and stress. For this reason we invite you to participate in two yoga classes during the spring exam session.

This practice may help you to focus on the current moment and manage any emotions that may have negative effects on concentration and academic performance.

Classes are open to all levels and will start with a short breaking exercise and meditation, followed by some asana practice. At the end you will be guided through a short relaxing meditation.

Calendar of sessions:

  • 16 May 2023 at 6:30pm
  • 14 June 2023 at 6:30pm

Classes will be held in the Campus Life Space, via Bocconi 12, mezzanine floor.

Please bring your own yoga mat and/or a towel if you have one.
Comfortable clothes should be worn.

Instructor: Renu Singh, adjunct professor Department of Social and Political Sciences (Università Bocconi) and certified Ashtanga yoga instructor (RYT 200 hr).
