Your Bocconi learning experience starts on 30 August 2021 with the welcome and academic activities. Meet faculty, make friends and have fun!

Additional information on how to prepare before getting to Bocconi are avaialble in your You@B student diary.
Students who will not be able to join us on campus, will have the chance to attend most of the activites online.

If you haven't picked up your Welcome Kit yet, you will be able to request it at the One-Stop-Service Center starting from September 13, from Monday to Friday in the afternoon (from 2.00 to 5.00pm).

Welcome Days: the program

Start your university experience with the right foot and join us for introductory events, courses and activities. Please carefully read through the different sections: due to safety measures, in some of the activities students will be split into different groups/shifts. Make sure to find yours!

In order to participate to the in-person event, registrations were required. Please note that, a few days before the event, registered students will receive an e-mail with relevant instructions regarding check-in times for this event. 
The two Welcome speeches will be also streamed online.

The Welcome has been organized in 2 groups:

Know your program

Welcome from the Program Directors
1-2-3 September

Attend the official welcome session from your Program Director and get to know current students, buddies and student representatives for each class. There is no need to register for these sessions.
Students attending the Welcome on campus are invited to arrive earlier than the start time, so as to avoid lines and gatherings. 

If you cannot make it to the in-person presentations, you can watch the event online.

Math crash course - From August 30

This course consolidates several topics in pre-undegraduate math that will help you begin university courses with more self-confidence and stable knowldeges. These crash courses follow the online “blended” courses delivered online from the beginning of August accessible through your YoU@B Student Diary.

No enrollment required; timetables and course profiles will be available soon.

Pick up your Welcome Kit and get information on university services, student life, campus facilities. 
Non-EU students can also pick up here the Permit of Stay Kit.

Welcome Lounge

30 August - 6 September (on specific days and times)
Piazza Sraffa 13 Courtyard — outside tent

Talk to current students and listen to advice and suggestions from their own experience. Each BSc program has dedicated representatives available at specific time slots and dates available here.

Virtual  Orientation  Pills

The Academic Services, IT Education Center, Language Center and Campus Life office share necessary information to help freshmen start their academic year. These four video pills will be published in the yoU@B and accessible from early August.

  • Bocconi Sport Team Activities
    Bocconi Sport Team presents the competitive, university and amateur level activities of its teams, as well as “Intramural” tournaments. Bocconi Sport Team selects new players and organizes guided tour of the new Bocconi Sport Center.
