Deadlines and procedure

A.y. 2024-25

Students interested in the assignation of the benefit have to submit the single “Bocconi4Access to Education a.y. 2024-25” application.

The student and its family will be able to submit the application exclusively in one of the periods indicated below and only after having completed the enrollment procedure.

The results will be published approximately 10 weeks after the application deadline. Priority, in terms of timing, will be given to the complete applications submitted and to positions requiring more significant support. 

Results will be notified on MyApplication, where the application was submitted.

Tuition waivers will be granted until the allocated economic resources are exasted, taking into account the number of received applications, and prioritizing families with the most severe economic and financial conditions over those with less severe conditions.The University, therefore, reserves the right to postpone the outcomes related to the "Boost your future scholarships" if, for administrative purposes, it becomes necessary to conduct additional scrutiny of specific elements of the applications, including an analysis within the entire student body at Bocconi University.

The absence of one or more documents and/or the non-conformity of the submitted documents with the necessary requirements, for the evaluation of the economic and financial conditions of families, may involve an extension of the evaluation process and, therefore, extend the publication timeline of the results.

If the Office identifies discrepancies, omissions, or inconsistencies that require further investigation, the necessary instructions will be communicated online to the student and their family, if needed by sending an email to the student. In case of significant omissions, the submitted application will be rejected, the online application will be reopened, and the student will be provided with new terms for submitting a new application.

Any changes or updates to the dates will be communicated here.

Following the communication of the outcome, which will inform you of the assignment of a specific benefit, you will be required to follow the instructions provided to accept the benefit within a specified timeframe.

First-year students for the a.y. 2024-2025 will find their updated financial situation at the "Punto Blu" in the you@B agenda, only after the beginning of the courses, and approximately by the end of September 2024.

It should be noted that, in all the cases in which a student incurs in the revocation and/or loss of the benefit during the academic year, the financial situation at the "Punto Blu" will be updated with the cancellation of the benefit and the assignation of the ordinary academic tuition and fees.

For the assignment of these benefits Bocconi University commits its own resources and kind donations from private Donors, Foundations and Fundraisers; for this reason during the academic year student who receive these benefits may be contacted by  Bocconi University's Fundraising Office, or by one or more Donors, for participation in academic or non-academic activities.

The instructions listed above constitute the official publication of the regulations governing the benefits provided within the "Bocconi4Access to Education" support scheme dedicated to first-year students of a Bachelor’s degree or Law programs for the a.y. 2024-25.
