Exchange Incoming Housing
SPRING SEMESTER
If for the Spring semester a.y. 2023-24 you will be an incoming exchange student and you are interested in accommodation on campus, you will have the possibility to apply for a room at the Aparto Giovenale residence, located at a 5-minute walking distance from the Bocconi campus.
The residence is owned and managed by an external company, and it was inaugurated in early 2022. Bocconi has achieved a special partnership that will allow our students to get reserved places and special prices for the rooms available.

Our exchange students will be reserved places in twin (double) rooms. The price for this accommodation will be eur. 2975 for the whole period.
All the rooms are equipped with bed, private desk and wardrobe, a curtain to guarantee your privacy and a shared (in-room) bathroom. The twin rooms may be shared with another student of the same gender only.
Single rooms with private bathroom may also be available, depending on the availability left. This room type will cost eur. 4200 for the whole period.
The residence also offers common areas, kitchen&living rooms, study rooms, gym, equipped outdoor areas, maintenance and cleaning service. The price includes all the bills.
The period of room assignment will cover the entire duration of the exchange program: the room will be assigned from January 20th, 2024 – June 1st, 2024.
Housing application: reserve your room!
Please make sure you apply as soon as possible: the rooms available at the new on campus student residence are limited, and the application will run on a first-come first-served basis.In order to access the housing application, it is necessary that you have already completed the "ISD — Exchange Program — Spring 2024" application. To reserve your room, please access and complete the online housing application:

*All exchange students interested in a room at the Aparto residence must apply through this housing application. Reservations submitted in a different manner will be cancelled.
Instructions to complete the housing application
Important! Rooms available are limited and reservations will run on a first-come first-served basis. Access to the application will not necessarily result in a room assignment, due to the limited availability of places.
Click on the application link, it will be published in the table above.
You’ll find yourself in a virtual waiting room. When your turn comes, insert your Bocconi userID and password and log in to the housing application.
Access the accommodation choice section and select the residence and room type you prefer, click on “Save” (green button at the end of the section) then click on “Submit data” (red button on the top right-hand corner) *. Please complete these steps in the shortest possible time, in order to increase your chances of obtaining a room assignment.
When the “Submit data” red button disappears and you see new sections of the application appearing, it means that your reservation was successful! The selected room is reserved for you.
Now you do not need to rush: you can complete the application in the following hours. In the event you log out or close the webpage, access to the application will always be possible from MyApplication, where you’ll see the “SPRING On campus residence reservation - via Giovenale” already “in progress” in the list of your applications.
- Read the instructions contained in the document “HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RESERVATION” (available in the Print area of the application) and proceed. Upload all the required documents and lastly click on “Submit application”. The final deadline to complete all will be Sunday, November 12th 11:59 pm.
* Please note: If you do not manage to click on "Save" or to click on “Submit data”, it means that there are no more rooms available for that type. Please proceed with the selection of a new room type.
