Italian Family Companies Before the Covid-19 Pandemic. XII AUB Observatory
The AUB Observatory on Italian family companies is the most complete survey of family-owned firms in Italy. It is promoted by AIDAF, Italian Association of Family Firms), – UniCredit, Cordusio, the AIDAF-EY Chair of Family Business Strategy, the Angelini Foundation, and the Milan Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with Borsa Italiana.
The XII edition of the Observatory aims to present the state of health of Italian family firms listed on the stock market before Covid-19 struck, and the countervailing actions that some them undertook in the course of 2020. For the first time, a comparative analysis is presented between the first 1,000 Italian family groups and their German, French, and Spanish counterparts. In addition, a summary of the acquisitions made during the last twenty years by AUB family companies will be released.
