Women in Business

Women in Business è la prima associazione femminile dell'ateneo; l'obiettivo è quello di contribuire attivamente ad incrementare la sensibilità nei confronti del tema del Women empowerment, creando un network rosa che leghi Bocconiane ed ex-Bocconiane. Un sistema di donne-per-le-donne che contribuisca a rafforzare la nostra preparazione al mondo del lavoro.

L'attività è basata su un sistema di conferenze, testimonianze di business women di successo e visite ad aziende in cui la questione rosa è particolarmente sentita, nonché sull'attiva partecipazione delle studentesse alla gestione dell'associazione ad ogni livello.

Women in Business is the first female association at the university; the objective is to actively contribute to a greater awareness of the topic of women empowerment through the creation of a female network which would be able to link Bocconi's female students today with the University's alumnae. The association would lead to a system made of women for the women which would help all of us with our preparation and training to enter the job market in the near future.

The activity is based on a series of conferences, stories of successful business women and visits to companies where the women empowerment issue is felt the most, together with the active participation coming from female students in the management of the association at each and every level.
