Family Business Association
Family Business Association (in breve FBA) è un'associazione formata da studenti Bocconi con background diversi e una passione comune: il Family Business! L'istituzione della famiglia è il centro attorno al quale tutto orbita. Solo in Italia circa il 90% delle imprese è a conduzione familiare.
FBA propone di stimolare l'interesse verso questi poli e di essere un punto di riferimento presso l'Università Bocconi per chiunque desideri entrare in contatto con questa realtà. L’associazione promuove eventi ed esperienze sul campo per entrare concretamente nel mondo del Family Business, rimanendo salda ai suoi valori di rispetto delle persone e della loro diversità e sempre stimolando una concorrenza autentica e costruttiva.
L'associazione mira a fornire una serie di strumenti utili per comprendere ed approfondire l'ambiente aziendale familiare, che è uno dei più radicati in tutto il mondo. Un elemento chiave che contraddistingue FBA è che l’apporto degli associati conta nel processo tanto quanto il risultato finale, poiché la consapevolezza delle proprie skills e la ricerca di un miglioramento continuo aiuteranno i membri nella vita professionale e personale futura. Ciò che ne deriva è lo sviluppo di un pensiero critico, caratteristica distintiva che determinerà il modo di affrontare i problemi e le opportunità in ogni aspetto della vita. Nel concreto, FBA mira a promuovere un dialogo continuo non solo tra i membri ma anche tra le realtà locali e internazionali. L'intenzione dell'associazione è quella di continuare ad espandere la sua rete internazionale di "Family Business Club”, attraverso i quali le persone hanno l'opportunità di conoscere meglio questo affascinante argomento.

Family Business Association (shortly FBA) is an association formed by Bocconi students with different backgrounds and a common passion: the Family Business! The institution of the family is the center around which everything is orbiting. In Italy alone, around 90% of companies are family owned.
FBA proposes to stimulate interest in these poles and to be a point of reference at Bocconi University for anyone wishing to come into contact with this reality. The association promotes events and experiences on the field to concretely enter the world of Family Business, remaining steadfast to its values of respect for people and their diversity and always stimulating an authentic and constructive competition.
The association aims to provide a series of useful tools to understand and deepen the family business environment, which is one of the most rooted in the world. A key element that distinguishes FBA is that the contribution of the associates counts in the process as much as the final result, since the awareness of their skills and the search for continuous improvement will help the members in their professional and future life. What comes from this is the development of a critical thought, a distinctive feature that will determine how to deal with problems and opportunities in every aspect of life. Concretely, FBA aims to promote a continuous dialogue not only between members but also between local and international realities. The intention of the association is to continue to expand its international network of "Family Business Clubs", through which people have the opportunity to learn more about this fascinating topic.
