Welcome Days: the program

Start your university experience with the right foot and join us for introductory events, courses and activities. Please carefully read through the different sections: due to safety measures, in some of the activities students will be split into different groups and shifts. Make sure to find yours!

In order to participate to the in-person event, registrations will be required. Please note that, a few days before the event, registered students will receive an e-mail with useful instructions regarding check-in times for this event.

Know your program

Welcome from the Program Directors
1, 4 and 5 September

Attend the official welcome session from your Program Director and get to know current students, buddies and student representatives for each class. There is no need to register for these sessions. 

Students are invited to arrive earlier than the start time, so as to avoid lines and gatherings.

Math crash course

This course consolidates several topics in pre-undegraduate math that will help you begin university courses with more self-confidence and stable notions. These crash courses follow the online “blended” courses delivered online from the beginning of August accessible through your YoU@B Student Diary.

Welcome Desk

24 August (from 2.00pm) - 6 September (Monday — Friday)
9:00am - 5:00pm Via Roentgen 1
Pick up your Welcome Kit and get information on university services, student life, campus facilities. 

If you haven't picked up your Welcome Kit yet, you will be able to request it at the B in Touch Point starting from September 18, from Monday to Friday in the afternoon (from 2.00 to 5.00pm).

Welcome Lounge

30 August - 4 September (on specific days and times)

Talk to current students and listen to advice and suggestions from their own experience. Each BSc program has dedicated representatives available at specific time slots and dates ,  click here to discover them!



YesMilano Workshops and Desk

YesMilano, the Milanese Chamber of Commerce agency for student internationalization, will be on campus on 30 August and 1 September with a dedicated desk. Open 9:00am-5:00pm, the desk will provide first-year students with information on relocating to Milan and life in the city.

YesMilano staff will also hold 4 in-person workshops on the national healthcare system and housing rentals in Milan in the following dates

    2:00-3:00pm Housing Rentals in Milan
  • 1 September - Aula AS01
    12:00-1:00pm Workshop on Housing (Hot to rent well) + Q&A
