Second year (38° cycle)

Study abroad projects  
In the second semester of their second  year, PhD students are encouraged to spend at least one period of stay abroad in order to develop their research project under the supervision of international professors or experts in their field of study.

Stay abroad periods shall be first agreed upon by both the student and a member of the Faculty Board, and then by the Curriculum Coordinator.

Curriculum in Business and Social Law
(Diritto dell'impresa)
Fields:
Corporate and financial markets law; competition law and IP; labour law; criminal law; bankruptcy law.
Each field will be activated with a minimum of 3 students.

Along the year, PhD Students must attend the cycle of seminars  "PhD Seminars in Business Law" (24 hours).

Third year (37° cycle)

Along the year, PhD Students must attend the cycle of seminars  "PhD Seminars in Business Law" (24 hours).
