Team Talaria, with members Francesca Fabris, Tiffany James and Owen Wang, was awarded first place at the international final of L’Oréal Brandstorm, a business game held in Paris that is in its 23rd edition.
To develop a strategy for the Lancôme brand to attract new clients in travel points of sale, such as airports, train stations or duty free shops, working from the point of view of the company’s international marketing director.
Francesca, Tiffany and Owen created the project “Lancôme Travel Retail Experience,” developing a digital campaign that allows constant interaction with the brand. The project also included the presence of dedicated areas in duty free shops, allowing customers to recover from the stress of traveling.

This year, we were asked to oversee an entire channel with a digital campaign. It’s more difficult to work with an objective that is so open (…) I’m Canadian, Francesca is Italian and Owen has a Chinese background: we were the perfect team for an international competition on travel retail.
