Update: April 28, 2022
Free-Mover Semester information now available for A.Y. 2022-2023
Considering the general uncertainty and fluidity of the global situation, whether the overall conditions would not safeguard the wellbeing and security of students, Bocconi University does not guarantee that students will be able to attend a semester abroad blended/in person. Moreover, travel and medical risks can rapidly change and lead Bocconi University and host Institutions or Countries to increase travel and medical restrictions. Teaching methods (in person, blended, online) at Partner Universities may be subject to change at any time and the Free Mover Semester can be restricted to a virtual option only. Students are strongly invited not to undertake any committment before the release of the updated rules and information.
For all these reasons, we strongly suggest interested students to verify with the host school the possibility to attend courses online or to receive a refund, in the unfortunate event of the cancellation of the in-person program. Bocconi is not responsible of the risks, the economical one included, associated with the travel to the Host Country, even in case of cancellation.
Before applying, you are required to read carefully the Bocconi Students TRAVEL RISK POLICY, available on yoU@B – International SOS and the Travel Risk Policy Exceptions for A.Y. 2022-2023: experience will not be authorized in the countries where the student Exchange is suspended or not offered (semesters, countries) in the Exchange Program brochures for A.Y. 2022-2023.
Students interested in spending a semester abroad without participating in the Exchange Program can enroll as Free-Movers (Fee-paying Visiting Students or Independent Students or Contract Students) at some foreign Universities where they can study for a semester.
