Reception

All Bocconi Residence Halls guarantee a reception service 24/24h.

Cleaning

The common areas of the apartments, the bathrooms and the rooms are cleaned once a week. Generally, cleanings are made one floor per day. At your arrival, check the day of the week when the cleaning service will clean your room.

If your room is in order:

• Bathrooms will be cleaned;
• Kitchen and living area will be cleaned;
• The linen will be changed;
• Beds will be made.

The common areas of the Residence Halls are cleaned on a daily basis.

Linen

Bed linen and towels are changed once a week.

Maintenance

Any need of technical intervention or maintenance shall be reported by filling in the form accessible through the online portal http://residenze.unibocconi.it/

Under the technical interventions fall:

• Ordinary or extraordinary painting of the spaces;
• Plumbing works;
• Checks on the heating/air conditioning systems.

If interventions are necessary, resident students must allow maintenance, cleaning and security staff to have access to their rooms.

Utilities

All the utilities (electricity – including heating and airconditioning – water, internet) are included in the housing fee.

Internet

The WiFi connection is guaranteed in the common areas of all Bocconi Residence Halls and in the rooms.

Please consult the Regulations (art. 16) for important information on the use of the internet connection.

 Laundry service

All Bocconi Residence Halls have laundry areas with automatic washing machines and dryers.

NB. The rooms are not provided with washing machines, nor with iron and ironing board.

Water dispenser

All Bocconi Residence Halls, and all Bocconi campus buildings, are provided with drinkable water dispensers (one per Residence Hall).

Parking
(upon payment)

Where foreseen, residents can benefit from the Residence parking (car or motocycle) upon payment. For all information on costs, periods and procedures to purchase parking permits, please visit the dedicated webpage.
