Revocation of housing assignment and loss.

  1. Revocation of housing assignment

The housing assignment is revoked in the following cases:


a. Disciplinary measures

The student who during the year incurs disciplinary sanctions higher than the warning imposed by the Bocconi University will incur the revocation of the housing assignment with consequent expulsion from residence hall and loss of the housing deposit. In this case, the student must immediately and definitively leave the room assigned;

b. Serious violation of the Bocconi Residence Regulations

The student who during the year is responsible for serious violation of the rules of the Bocconi Residence Regulation will incur the revocation of the housing assignment with consequent expulsion from the residence hall and loss of the housing deposit. In this case the student must immediately and definitively leave the room assigned.

The University reserves the right to refer the student to the disciplinary commission.

Moreover, the University reserves the right to order the ineligibility to use the Accommodation Service for the entire duration of the study program.

c. Late payment of the housing installments

The student who fails to pay the housing installments within 20 days of the due date will incur the revocation of the housing assignment with consequent expulsion from residence hall and loss of the housing deposit. In this case the student must immediately and definitively leave the room assigned.

The University reserves the right to order the ineligibility to use the Accommodation Service for the entire duration of the study program.

d. Untrue statements

The student who presented/presents untruthful declarations incurs the revocation of the housing assignment with consequent expulsion from residence hall and loss of the housing deposit. In this case, the student must immediately and definitively leave the room assigned.Furthermore, will be applied sanctions provided for by art. 75 and 75 of D.P.R. 445/2000 as well as the penalties provided for by art. 10 paragraph 3 of the Legislative Decree. 68/2012 consisting in the loss of the right to obtain other disbursements for the entire duration of the course of studies, in the payment of a sum of three times the value of the services improperly used, without prejudice in any case to the application of the sanctions referred to in Article 38, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 78/2010 as well as the criminal laws for the facts constituting a crime.

Bocconi University reserves the right to adopt disciplinary sanctions and, if the details of the crime are recognized (Article 331 of the Criminal Code), a report to the judicial authority.
 

Forfeiture

Student shall forfeit his/her entitlement to use housing if, during the year:

  • the student transfers to another university during the course of the year;
  • the student withdraws from studies during the course of the year;
  • The student graduates. In this case, he/she must permanently leave the room by the end of the same month;
  • the student graduates. In this case, he/she must permanently leave the room by the end of the same month;
  • does not meet the enrollment requirements for the academic year 2021-2022 and / or the merit requirements required following the checks carried out by the Office following the assignment of the accommodation: in this case the student must permanently leave the room assigned within the day following the notice of forfeiture.   • is assigned a room at reduced rate for the academic year 2021-22, but presents for the purposes of applying for the ISU Bocconi Scholarship a.y. 2021-22 an ISEE / ISEEU certificate whose values ​​do not fall within the limits set to benefit from the reduced rate. In this case, if the student has already checked-in, he will have to leave the residence hall and will not be entitled to a refund of the housing deposit.
