Teatro Carcano

Opened in 1803, Teatro Carcano has hosted the premieres of opera and prose masterpieces. After the destruction caused by the war and its transformation into a cinema, in 1980 Teatro Carcano started to play a vital role in the cultural life of Milan. Great actors and actresses have performed in recent years on its stage. The most important names are Salvo Randone, Giulio Bosetti, Monica Guerritore, Marcello Mastroianni, Valeria Moriconi, Sergio Fantoni, Vittorio Gassman, Giorgio Albertazzi, Juliana Lojodice, Nino Manfredi, Ottavia Piccolo, Gianrico Tedeschi, Giorgio Gaber and Nobel Prize winner Dario Fo.
There have also been numerous dance performances by Carla Fracci, Luciana Savignano, Louis Falco, David Parsons, Oriella Doreen, Cristina Hoyos, Daniel Ezralow and Michael Clark.
Teatro Carcano is a theater for production and hospitality. It is characterized by the quality and variety of its playbills that make it one of the most interesting and exciting theaters in Milan and beyond. Since September 2014, the artistic direction has been managed by Sergio Fantoni and Fioravante Cozzaglio.

HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS

You can reserve tickets by calling +39 0255181377 or by writing to the Theater from your Bocconi email address (@studbocconi.it, @unibocconi.it or @sdabocconi.it domains). Please mention the agreement with the University at the time of reservation and present your University ID card at the ticket office when purchasing tickets.
