Further to the success of the previous two editions, the 2009 edition is organized by Università Bocconi, jointly with the University of Trento and Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna of Pisa, where will be held respectively the first and the third Teaching Modules, whereas the Second Module (the International Seminar "Open Doors to Innovation: Teamwork and Patents") will be held at Bocconi University in Milan.
Focus in the 2009 Edition will be on IP in Fundamental Research, including in the context of Research conducted in collaboration between various stakeholders from scientific circles: Universities, Public Research Organizations, Private Companies.
The Program is in English. Thanks to lectures held by leading IP scholars and researchers from 10 countries in Europe and from Canada and the USA, participants will have a broad perspective on main IP issues, especially at an international, European and comparative levels. An horizontal and dynamic teaching system, will give the participants skills in all the aspects of IP: IP law, IP economics, IP business and IP operational practicalities, at an international level.
This year again our course will be organized with the support of the European Patent Office (EPO) and of several European and American Universities.
