Inclusive Gender Equality Plan
Bocconi University is committed to building a diverse and truly inclusive university. We are determined to pursue our core research and educational objectives in a physical and intellectual context where all members of our community receive – and offer to others – equality of opportunity and treatment, irrespective of their gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnicity, religion, disability, age or economic background.
Diversity and inclusion have become key elements of Bocconi’s overall strategic priorities, and this Inclusive Gender Equality Plan is yet another sign of the importance we place on this matter: it maps diversity within the Bocconi community, outlines the University’s inclusion practices and sets an agenda for future initiatives and procedures.
