University Corridors for Refugees

The University Corridors for Refugees UNICORE 6.0  project is promoted by UNHCR with Caritas Ambrosiana, Diaconia Valdese, the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and several Italian Universities, as well as additional partners. Bocconi has joined the project back in 2021 and has already taken part in the 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0 editions.

The UNICORE 6.0 project aims to create opportunities for refugees residing in Kenya, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe giving them the opportunity – after passing a selection process – to continue their higher education in Italy attending a 2-year MSc program with full support.

For the new UNICORE 6.0 edition (related to programs starting in September 2024), Bocconi is offering 3 slots for students who pass a dedicated selection and qualify for a spot in one of the three following programs:
-MSc in Marketing Management
-MSc in Economics and Management of Government and International Organization
-MSc in International Management:Concentrations
-MSc in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology
-MSc in Politics and Policy Analysis
-MSc in Accounting, Financial Management and Control

Applicants will be able to list up to 3 choices among the above mentioned courses, in order of preference. Please read the Bocconi Call for Application attached to this page to gather all the necessary information.

The call for a.y.2024/25 is now open: application will run from March 1 to April 15, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. (noon, UTC+2). Applicants need to apply directly at https://universitycorridors.unhcr.it/

Please note that presenting any fraudulent school certificates or university diplomas is a crime. All the documents that you submit will be carefully checked by experts. Should you present fraudulent documents there will be serious consequences including your disqualification from this and other opportunities. UNHCR may also report the incident to the police authorities.
