Master of Science Programs 2020-2021 AY
Each year, Bocconi University defines the number of students who can be admitted to its programs and then selects the best applicants. This ensures the best conditions for welcoming all students and promoting their academic success, and facilitates the entrance of Bocconi Graduates in the professional world.
The selection process for admission to a Bocconi Master of Science program is based on merit, skills and motivation.
MSc Programs, class groups and programs choice
25 first-year class groups will be activated for the 2020/21 AY. Find out more about our MSc programs for the 2020/21 AY.
All applicants may select up to 5 programs in the Bocconi application:
- MSc programs offered both in Italian and English represent two different choices;
- “CEMS-MIM” and “CHINA MIM” Special Programs are considered as different and separated from the “International Management” program;
- “ESSEC-Bocconi DD Program” Special Program is considered as different and separated from the “Management in English” program;
- Applicants to the Bocconi-LSE Double Degree, Bocconi-Science Po Double Degree and Cyber Risk Strategy and Governance are required to complete a different specific application.
Before selecting the programs in the online application, we kindly invite candidates to carefully check the Language of instruction of each Program (English or Italian). Please note that no change of program will be granted after the deadline for the enrollment.
Selection process and category of applicants
Our selection process, deadlines and elements of evaluation vary based on the category of applicants. Categories of applicants depends on the University attended and not the applicant's citizenship:
- International applicants
(Final-year undergraduate students and Graduates from non-Italian universities)
- Bocconi applicants
(Bocconi Undergraduate students and Bocconi Graduates)
- Italian applicants
(Final-year undergraduate students and Graduates from other Italian universities)
Graduate or transfer applicants from other foreign MSc Programs may participate in any session of the selection process according to the applicants' category. After the admission they must follow specific criteria in order to ask for the recognition of credits/exams already passed
