Performing Arts and Cultural Initiatives

The University actively pursues the objective of creating opportunities and situations for developing and expressing artistic abilities.
Students, along with faculty and staff, have been able to express their creativity and skills for many years, to be appreciated by the entire community at performances and concerts that are open to the public.
 

PERFORMING ARTS AND COURSES
Bocconi University organizes creative workshops, cultural activities and extra-curricular initiatives to give participants a chance to express their creativity and artistic abilities.

Acting course

Workshop: "Theater brings us closer"

In collaboration with Civica Scuola di Teatro Paolo Grassi. The course starts on 10 February and is held in English. Click here for additional information.

Singing Course

This singing course, offered in collaboration with Coro Bocconi Studenti, is held in bilingual mode (Italian/English). It’s free and open to Bocconi students, faculty and staff. Specific theoretical and technical knowledge is not required, participants should simply have a passion for music.

Photography course

Every year in Bocconi we offer a photography course in collaboration with Eolo Perfido, a professional photographer.

While waiting for the upcoming edition, you can check out the Street Photography coruse we held during AY 2020-2021.

Music room

A soundproof room available free of charge, upon reservation.

The Music Room is reopening on 14 February! Further information on the booking procedure and the terms of use are available at this webpage.

Cooking Class

Campus Life, in collaboration with Bocconi Students Food Association, is proud to offer Bocconi students an opportunity to spend together some good time in the kitchen. During AY 2020-21 we have hosted three cooking classes with Chef Daniel Canzian. Additional information on upcoming opportunities will be made available soon.

BOCCONI CULTURAL INITIATIVES

Each academic year Bocconi comes to life with events involving the entire community in activities with a variety of topics.

Campus Life offers several guided tours throughout the year, which will allow you to see Milan and its museums with new eyes.

Bocconi has been hosting for several years internationally renowned pianists who perform free of charge for the community. Additional information on upcoming concerts will be made available soon.

Bocconi has signed several agreements with cultural institutions in Milan that offer discounted prices for plays, exhibitions and concerts. It’s a unique opportunity to "fill up" on culture!

CULTURAL INITIATIVES: STUDENT ASSOCIATIONS' ACTIVITIES

Salotto Letterario

A series of meetings to get to know famous authors and writers.

Musical

Do you like singing, acting and dancing? Or do you want to put yourself to the  test with set design, choreography or directing? Bocconi puts on a musical  entirely organized by and starring students from the University: join the group to provide your own contribution to the success of this initiative! 

In May 2022 the Bocconi Live Performance Students Association will be back on stage with the musical! Check out the webpage on the Italian website for additional information.

Coro Bocconi Studenti

The association Coro Bocconi Studenti collaborates each year in the organization of a singing course dedicated to the whole Bocconi Community.
