Meet the students:

Alessandro Spagarino

After my bachelor in International Relations, I was looking for a Master specialized in the sustainability field. MaGER gave me the opportunity to learn very topic-related concepts that I can, from now on, apply in my future professional career.

Daniele Montalbano

After working for 4 years as an EHS consultant, I felt I needed to broaden my academic knowledge to tackle Environmental and Sustainability challenges in my future professional career. Therefore, I decided to apply for MaGER, which indeed met my expectations.

Meir Beijneveld

Focusing in my past studies on the technological aspects of energy, MaGER offered me a multidisciplinary perspective, showing the many opportunities that sustainability has to offer. The master has benefited my development in general and also my current work at Sustainalytics, a consultancy firm for the responsible investment industry based in Amsterdam.

Alexandra Galef

I have a background in History and work experience in the non-profit sector. MaGER provided me with a broad view of environmental issues and the practical skills necessary to excel in the field of sustainability. I am now working with UNEP, applying the multidisciplinary knowledge gained from MaGER to pursue a career in Green Management.

Tommaso Pavoncello

I graduated in Economics & Finance with a thesis on the use of derivative contracts in   the financial risk management of energy companies. Later, after having worked for one year in the energy sector on sustainability matters, I applied for the MaGER where I got a solid academic background on these two subjects. Now, I am working in the Sustainability team of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.

Karina Pawloff

With a background in Economics the MaGER programme allowed me to specialise in energy and sustainability, topics I am truly passionate about. Upon completing the degree I am now working for the UK Department for Energy and Climate Change, an incredible opportunity that draws on all my experience from the course

Francesco Cuccarolo

I obtained my Master's degree in International Management at Università Ca’ Foscari di Venezia with a final thesis about "Future scenarios for shale gas in Europe". I completed it after a research period at Duke University, North Carolina. I applied for the MaGER program in order to further develop my knowledge about the CSR sector.
