LL.M. Law Clinic — 4iP Challenge
The LL.M. in Law of Internet Technology is pleased to announce the launch of the Challenge Project, organized by our University with the support of 4iP Council.
The Challenge Project supported by 4iP Council is an innovative project whereby candidates of the LL.M. in Law of Internet Technologies engage and are required to research, elaborate on and draft a scientific paper on cutting-edge, real-life subjects concerning intellectual property in the digital age. A problem-solving, practical approach is required.
Under the guidance of International LL.M. Faculty, successful LL.M. candidates will earn 9 CFU and the authors of the best papers will be able to participate as discussants at an International Conference organized by the LL.M. in Law of Internet Technology on the same topics on 28 September 2018.
The Challenge Project supported by 4iP Council aims at helping LL.M. candidates further hone their knowledge and practical skills engaging with real-life questions that emerge in digital environments.
