Evaluation of the internship

The evaluation of the internship is a crucial moment of the experience, allowing you, on the one hand, to reflect on your current path of studies and, on the other, to receive feedback from your supervisor in a structured manner.
Evaluations constitute a fundamental part of the Recognition Procedure of the curricular internships for credit.
Nevertheless the forms need to be filled out even in the case of a curricular internship without credits or an extracurricular internship, since an evaluation of the internship experience is required by the law.

The final evaluation moment is planned just before the conclusion of the internship, involving both the intern and the company’s tutor.
When the evaluation forms are available you will be notified by a message on the yoU@B Calendar, whereas your tutor will receive an e-mail with instructions to access the JobGate portal.
You will be able to view the form filled out by your tutor in the section "My internships" > "Evaluation" of the yoU@B Agenda.
In the same section, you can authorize your tutor to view the digital part of the form you have filled out. The text part of the form will never be viewable.

Finally, keep in mind that, at the intern’s request, the employer is obliged to issue a certificate of completion of internship.
