To realize this vision, the Marketing Department engages in the following activities:
- develop research activities at the cutting-edge of the international scientific community, rigorous and relevant, that highlights the contribution of Marketing to the value creation process in the market;
- pursue teaching activities with passion and responsibility, all with an aim to equip students with the necessary competencies to generate value in the market, real and sustainable, and to develop high-quality relationships with customers and stakeholders;
- aim at a continuous and open discussion with the academic community, managers, customers and society, grounded in solid values including ethics, critical spirits, pluralism, autonomy, recognition of merit and respect;
- contribute to the realization of a stimulating working environment, collaborative, constructive and respectful, that helps all involved to flourish.
