Our Global Network

At Bocconi, we build strong bonds.

Every student is part of a community that spans continents and generations, from politicians to business leaders. Our global alumni network features over 100,000 graduates, applying their knowledge in cities such as New York, London, Paris and Shanghai.

Bocconi is proud of its alumni, and the ties that it creates in industries around the world. Our alumni chapters thrive in major cities for finance, technology, industry and culture. A Bocconi graduate can meet fellow alumni at active chapters in cities such as Barcelona, Hong Kong, San Francisco, Mumbai, Berlin, Brussels, Los Angeles, Stockholm, Singapore and Sydney.

We work hard to maintain a community that endures long after graduation. We organize about 300 events a year in which graduates and alumni can network, share contacts and explore new career opportunities.

Bocconi's reputation for innovation and social improvement has also enabled it to forge links with many prestigious companies and high-profile visionaries, adding to our global network.

In 2015, Apple CEO Tim Cook delivered a speech to students at the start of the academic year, praising the university as "a place where cultures, languages and nationalities converge". Previous speakers include European Central Bank president Mario Draghi and former World Trade Organization director-general Pascal Lamy.

Bocconi is a place that values community, collaboration and vision. Every day, our alumni carry that message around the world, tackling problems and effecting real and lasting change.

"The lessons you are learning here at Bocconi, the knowledge you are building and the connections you will make, can help you truly change the world and improve the lives of many people. If you infuse your work with your values, if you serve through your work a moral purpose, if you insist on business that serves the greater good, then you will leave the world better than you found it, and you will succeed by any metric that matters."

Tim Cook, CEO of Apple
