Housing

Università Bocconi provides off-campus students with about 1500 places in housing, as follows:

• at least 700 at reduced rates. Access to this kind of housing is regulated by the same regulations used for ISU Bocconi scholarship allocation.
• the remaining places are offered at full rates according to the rules laid out in the ISU Regulations.

A 24-hour doorman service is provided for all Residences, as well as cleaning services for both common areas and rooms or apartments:

Bocconi Residence - Via Bocconi, 12: single rooms with private bath or bathroom shared with another student. All rooms are furnished with a bed, a desk and a wardrobe and have a refrigerator, air conditioning and internet access. Blankets, sheets and towels are also provided. The kitchen is a common shared space on each floor. There is also a laundry area in the building.


Javotte Residence - Via Giovenale, 4: single rooms with private bath or bathroom shared with another student. All rooms are furnished with a bed, a desk and a wardrobe and have a refrigerator, air conditioning and internet access. Blankets, sheets and towels are also provided. The kitchen is a common shared space on each floor. There is also a laundry area in the building. Parking available upon payment.

Dubini Residence - Via Buzzi V., 7: apartments made up of 2-4 single rooms, 1-2 bathrooms and shared living room/kitchen area or studio apartments with bedroom and living room/kitchen area. All rooms are furnished with a bed, a desk and wardrobe and have a refrigerator, air conditioning and internet access. Blankets, sheets and towels are also provided. There is also a laundry area in the building. Parking available upon payment.


Kramer Residence - Via Kramer 24/26: single rooms with private bath. All rooms are furnished with a bed, a desk, a wardrobe and internet access. Blankets, sheets and towels are also provided. There is also a laundry area in the building.



Arcobaleno Residence - Via F.lli Fraschini, 3: Single rooms with private bath. All rooms are furnished with a bed, a desk and a wardrobe and have a refrigerator, air conditioning and internet access. Blankets, sheets and towels are also provided. The kitchen is a common shared space on each floor. There is also a laundry area in the building.


Spadolini Residence - Via Spadolini 12/A: apartments made up of 2-4 single rooms, 1-2 bathrooms and a shared living room/kitchen area and balcony or studio apartments with bedroom and living room/kitchen area and balcony. All rooms are furnished with a bed, a desk and wardrobe and have a refrigerator, air conditioning and internet access. Blankets, sheets and towels are also provided. There is also a laundry area in the building.

Students can also use the online housing exchange which allows users to look for and offer housing solutions for rent between individuals or consult the list of other housing possibilities in Milan.
