Graduate Recruitment, Goldman Sachs, London
Bocconi is a top-tier university for Goldman Sachs graduate recruitment in Europe. When we look at the demographics, we have a long tradition in recruiting graduates from Bocconi. At Bocconi we found students to be intellectually curious, and mature, and they are able to adapt to new situations and add new and fresh perspectives to our business environment.
The school has a tremendous international focus, which equips students well for working in global and expanding businesses. When we look at alumni working at Goldman Sachs, more than 40% of alumni from Bocconi are working currently at the Vice President and above levels, which is a real testimony to the fact that Bocconi is able to grow future business leaders.
The teaching curriculum, particularly for the Finance course, offers an excellent mix of theory along with practical applications, partnering with captains of industry to run lecture courses. For example, last year Goldman Sachs ran a lecture in conjunction with the Finance faculty on derivatives.
