One-stop service center

In order to improve the level of service for students and facilitate contact with administrative offices, Università Bocconi has created a single access point for all its services.

The One-stop service center is a welcome point where you can receive information, easily access the front offices for all services, resolve doubts and complete administrative paperwork.

• A traffic flow system will manage access to the front desks.
• After receiving a ticket at the Welcome Desk, please wait your turn in the appropriate area on the ground floor.
• If you have already scheduled an appointment, however, please go directly to the office of interest without picking up a ticket.

The Welcome Desk is open from 8am to 5pm, and is located at piazza Sraffa 13 (new entrance).
